Welcome to Kingston's best local

On Kingston Hill, right by Richmond Park and Norbiton station, you will find our newly refurbished pub. Dating all the way back to 1855, we’re pretty well known for our traditional pub classics, Sunday roasts and a well poured pint.

If our excellent food, top location, and warm, snug pub aren’t enough reasons to pop down, we also have plenty on. Including our very busy pub quiz, festive events, and much more.

We're having a refurb

Yes ladies and gentlemen, the time has finally come, and boy are we excited. Our doors are shut until the 9th of October and the builders will be completely revamping our pub. Think dark, smokey woods and low lighting (That’s right, we’re going trad).

Traditional British pub grub

Yes, we have all those nostalgic foods you’ve been looking for. Classic fish and chips, tasty burgers, seasonal pies, and Sunday Roasts with all the trimmings.

If you are looking for something a bit different, something vegan or something to share, we have that too! We only use British, seasonal and fresh ingredients, keeping our dishes as traditional and as close to the taste of the pub as possible.

Sunday roasts in Kingston

Every Sunday deserves to be a special occasion, and at our pub, it is. With giant Yorkshires, the finest cuts of meat made of only the best British produce, and not to mention the star of the show, our crispy and fluffy roast potatoes. Come down and see for yourself.

We went to The Albert to watch a football match with friends. They had a party downstairs, but the service was impeccable. We ordered food and it was brought to us within 15 minutes. The Albert burger was very juicy, one of the best burgers I had in years. I will definitely go back! (Mauro G)
